His message resonated strongly through an AVP, highlighting the national agency’s commitment to advancing fish conservation and fostering sustainable fishing practices across the Philippines.
The Regional Director, Mr. Wilfredo M. Cruz, also shared his keynote address. Emphasizing the theme of the celebration, Director Cruz amplified the importance of collaborative efforts in the pursuit of sustainable fisheries management.
As BFAR 3 embarks on this week of celebration, the focus remains on fostering a more sustainable and prosperous future for the fisheries sector. The celebration not only marks a significant milestone in the history of fish conservation but also sets the stage for continued efforts toward achieving a thriving and balanced aquatic ecosystem in the Philippines.
